The general approach, before we start, is to find the company’s web site, go to their Support area, check for downloads (in case you need a special driver of some sort or because they might have some custom music player / playlist management software), grab the documentation, and check the FAQs to see if there are any issues. Think of this as “teach a man to fish and you’ll feed them forever…” □ ![]() This applies for any MP3 or video player, not just the Nextar line, but will prove particularly helpful if you do have an off-brand or lesser known product in your hands. Rather than just send you a link, what I thought would be useful – because we see a lot of these sort of questions! – would be to demonstrate the steps you can take to solve this particular question yourself.
